PRESS RELEASE

USAEnergyIndependence.com calls for 2-year lease on E85-capable vehicles

Wheaton, IL December 1, 2007….To spur sales of E85 blends of ethanol and gasoline , USAEnergyIndependence.com today called for the Big 3 car manufacturers to make available special 2 -year leases on all new 2007/2008 model E85-capable cars. E85 is a blend of 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline.

By offering a two-year lease on new E85-capable vehicles, the Big 3 automakers can make ethanol-fuel top-of-mind with new car buyers, spur them to trade-in at a time when new car sales are slowing, and get flex fuel technology on our highways that much sooner. “By having more E85-capable vehicles on the road,” according to Bill Wolski, USAEnergyIndepdence.com CEO, “we build demand for E85 fuel indirectly using market forces to compel greater distribution.” There are about 6 million E85-capable vehicles on the road today. We could build that number to 9 million by the end of 2008 if the proper incentives were used by car manufacturers now, according to Wolski.

USAEnergyIndependence.com views 2010 as a “game changing” year in the automotive market with the advent of the flex fuel capable and electric Chevy Volt. “Volt’s new technology will get us to switch and think even more about flex fuel. By offering a two-year lease now, we can bridge into that year more effectively,” says Wolski.

“We are at a distribution impasse,” says Wolski, “where E85 retail sales outlets have today reached only about 1400 E85 retail locations nationwide.” That’s a slight improvement over the 1100 or so stations in the marketplace at the end of 2006, but not enough to make a dent in the overall availability of ethanol fuels, he said. There are about 140,000 retail gasoline stations in the U.S.

With recent additions of E85 outlets in Arizona, California and Washington, and a few in Georgia and Florida, says Wolski, E85 availability is stretching out to both coasts from a heavy concentration in the Midwest. But for the most part in the past year the small increase in E85 stations have not grown the base to practical levels for the average E85 motorist.

During 2007, Wolski points to the great work General Motors and The National Ethanol Vehicle Council (NEVC), state governments and others have done to help promote ethanol distribution outlets. “These E85 promoters include ourselves, Kroger Stores, Enterprise Leasing, Gas City, ADM, VeraSun and others industry partners,” says Wolski.
We can’t do it all, he said. Others must take up the banner.
According to Wolski, if new car buyers need to find which 2007/2008 vehicle models have E85 capability, they can check the USAEnergyIndependence.com website at http://usaenergyindependence.com and select the “E85 directory” link.

New Alternative Fuel Directory Features over 2200 E85 and Biodiesel retail locations nationwide.

(PRLEAP.COM) USA Energy Independence Publications announces the first ever directory covering both E85 Ethanol Fuel and Biodiesel Fuel retail stations nationwide. Designed to help the Flex Fuel Vehicle (FFV)-vehicle and diesel-powered vehicle owners find local retail outlets for these fuels, the directory also features a buyers guide for 2007 and earlier model Flex Fuel vehicles.

The Directory covers; over 2200 retail locations nationwide, listed by state and city. Each entry has the fuel station’s address and phone, hours of operation, phone number and types of payment options available.

Updated quarterly, the 70 plus page directory is available as a single copy sale for $19.95 or as a subscription with discounts for yearly subscribers.

According to CEO Bill Wolski, the Directory finally provides motorists with a tool that they can use to find E85 Ethanol in their area. For truck drivers and owners of passenger cars with diesel engines, the directory also includes biodiesel retail fuel locations. Every FFV automobile and diesel-powered vehicle should carry one of these directories in its glove compartment, according to Wolski. It’s one way to make sure that motorists are taking advantage of their vehicle’s flex fuel capability as often as they can, he said.

The directory also provides background information on E85 Ethanol, Biodiesel and Hydrogen Fuel cells and explains their benefits and use in layman’s terms.

Copies of the Directory may be ordered from USA Energy Independence Publications, 1776 S Naperville Rd. Ste 201A,

Lease Don't Buy
Changes in Automotive Technology Signals Lease

Wheaton,Illinois - Jan 16, 2007 Additions of many Flex Fuel Vehicles (FFVs), new Bluetec Diesel Engines and GM's E-Flex and Hybrid Drive Systems bring rapid changes to vehicles in 2008 and 2009. Rapid technology changes in the automotive industry within the next few years, signal a move toward car leasing rather than purchase, according to the editors of USAEnergyIndependence.com. Besides the new Chevy Volt Electric car unveiled last week at the Detroit Auto show, GM announced at the Los Angeles Auto show in late November its intention to produce a plug-in hybrid SUV that can achieve 113 mpg through use of lithium ion batteries by 2009, as part of its VUE Green line 2 mode system.

Further GM changes include the 2-mode hybrid system expanding to the Cadillac Escalade full-size SUV and the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra crew cab pickups in 2008, they said.

In 2007, the GM Hybrid system will expand to the Saturn AURA Green Line and Chevrolet Malibu front wheel drive midsize sedans, according to the editors.

In 2007, the 2-mode hybrid system will debut in the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon full size SUVs.

Further changes to the automotive lineup includes the growing delivery of Flex Fuel Vehicles (FFVs) available for 2007 including the recently announced FFV-capable H3 Hummer, they said.
See bottom of this article for a list of 2007 E85-capable (Ethanol blend of 85% Ethanol and 15% gasoline) models from USAEnergyIndependence.com website.

Into 2008, according to the editors of USAEnergyIndependence.com, also will come a flood of new diesel engines, some capable of burning Biodiesel blends up to B100 (all biodiesel, no petroleum diesel).
DaimlerChrysler and Volkswagen said that their Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz, VW and Audi brands were designing nearly a dozen cars and sport utility vehicles with diesel engines using an emission-cleaning technology called Bluetec.
According to industry sources, the Bluetec emission-cleaning technology was developed by Mercedes-Benz to meet the new U.S. diesel emission standards. The system uses special filters to trap particulate matter that causes sooty emissions.
Mercedes-Benz debuted three Bluetec-equipped cars last November — an E320 sedan, an ML sport utility and an R-Class sport wagon at the Los Angeles auto show, and said it intended to add the system to its GL sport utility this year.

Chrysler, according to the editors, said its initial Bluetec diesel would be a Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV. Volkswagen intends to use a 4-cylinder diesel in its Jetta sedan and a new small SUV called the Tiguan in 2008, and diesel versions of its Touareg large SUV and Passat midsize sedan by 2009. Audi is expected to launch a diesel vehicle in 2008.

New drive systems. New flex-fuel capable vehicles. New cleaner running diesel engines. There are a lot to choose from in the next few years, said the editors of USAEnergyIndependence.com. Most of these technology-changed vehicles will start hitting showrooms throughout 2008, which will be a pivotal year for Green automotive technology predicts the editors.

They recommend anyone looking to buy this year iinstead lease (and negotiate for a short term one at that) a fuel-efficient FFV-capable or hybrid vehicle. You may end up paying more this year as a down payment and with greater monthly outlay for the lease, but there are financial rewards coming they said. To capitalize on the rapid developing technology upgrades in the short term, expect to replace your vehicles again in 2009-2010, they said. By leasing and replacing more vehicles short term, a greater number of vehicles that have better gas mileage, use domestically produced alternative fuels and have lower tailpipe emissions will be on American roads that much faster, they said. This will help accelerate U.S.A. independence from unreliable offshore petroleum sources.

Unique Alternative Fuels Directory Announced at Advancing Alternative Energy Conference
New comprehensive alternative fuels directory covers retail locations of Biodiesel, E85 and Hydrogen fuel stations nationwide
St Louis, MO(PRWEB) October 11, 2006 -- Bill Wolski CEO Just-In-Time company and USA Energy Independence publications announced today at the Advancing Alternative Energy Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, that a unique Alternative Fuels Directory has been created by the company.
The 2007 directory contains up-to-date listings of alternative fuel locations, including E-85, Biodiesel and Hydrogen fuels throughout the United States. The unique aspect of The Alternative Fuels Directory is that it covers all alternative fuel locations, not just E-85 locations for flex fuel vehicles. Containing over 1000 E85 locations and over 1000 Biodiesel locations across the U.S., this broad informational base makes the directory ideal for companies who wish to be associated with the green movement, as well as those corporations whose interests focus towards one alternative fuel.
Wolski explains by saying, “For example, a company that produces ethanol would find an ideal opportunity to advertise in the E-85 directory section, while a Biodiesel or Hydrogen Fuel company would find the
Biodiesel or Hydrogen Fuel sections of the directory ideal places for their advertising messages. In addition Retailers or manufacturers with dealer organizations can have their copies customized with bold face listings
or personalized with store address, hours of service and other pertinent information.”
There are also opportunities for interested corporations to have customized Alternative Fuel Directories printed.
The directory will be printed and updated quarterly. There is also an online version of the directory that will be posted at ww.usaenergyindependence.com, and there are additional advertising opportunities for online advertisers.
Companies that are looking for branding opportunities that will help identify them as being green companies or those who are involved in alternative energy will find this unique directory an important part of their
marketing and media plans.
